Can I purchase add-ons for a ticket I have that someone else bought?

Yes, any holder of a ticket can purchase additional unpurchased add-ons for that ticket, regardless of who originally bought the ticket.

How can I purchase a ticket for someone else?

To buy a ticket for another person, first purchase it for yourself, then transfer it to the intended recipient.

How can I view the tickets I have purchased?

To see your tickets, simply go to the tickets page and select the 'My Tickets' tab. Your tickets will be listed there.

How do I transfer a ticket to someone else?

To transfer a ticket, visit the tickets page and click on 'My Tickets'. Choose 'View Details' for the ticket you wish to transfer. Then, click on 'Transfer Ticket' and input the email address of the person you're transferring the ticket to.

Is it possible to view session details without having a ticket?

You can view session details from the Sessions List or by selecting a session in the session schedule. However, a ticket is required to register for any session.

What happens to my session registrations if I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Session registrations are linked to the account of the user who is logged in and not to the ticket itself. Therefore, transferring a ticket to another person does not transfer the associated session registrations.

What is the process to cancel a ticket I have purchased?

To cancel a ticket, you need to contact our support team. Tickets can be fully refunded if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the event.

What occurs if my payment fails when I register for a paid session?

If your payment for a paid session is unsuccessful, your registration will be marked with an 'Unpaid' status and your spot will be temporarily held. The registration is only confirmed once the payment is successfully completed.
